I was a little hungover one morning and started humming the root part. By the time I got to recording the basics, I was a little less hung over… hence the title.

I’ve really been into 5 lately. This little ditty moves from a 5/4 to a big 5 waltz. It started as a slightly more ambitious composition. Then, I felt I really just need to get some stuff out and stopped fighting it. Perhaps a bigger compositional project will happen with this in the future. Right now I’m just happy that I’m producing again. After not being able to play for so long, I realize I gotta spend some time wood shedding. So, that’s what I’m gonna do.
